Fitted by our own technicians
We do not post you a box and a manual. A Sura technician comes to your vehicle, fits the tracker properly and does not leave until you can see it working.

A certified Sura technician travels to your home, garage or depot. You do not lose a day bringing the vehicle to us.

The tracker is concealed and tamper-resistant, wired to survive dust, heat and vibration — not left where a thief can find it.
4. Live before we leave
We commission it on the spot and show you your own vehicle moving on the map before the technician packs up.
Every install is checked
A supervisor reviews the photos before your install is signed off.
The technician photographs the fitting, the wiring and the finished vehicle. Those photos go to a Sura supervisor, not into a drawer. If the work is not up to standard it is sent back and redone — at our cost, not yours.

You own the tracker outright — it is sold, not leased, with optional financing to spread the cost. Fuel sensors and driver-ID readers are fitted at the same visit where your plan includes them.

Straight talk
What Sura does not do
We would rather lose a sale than gain a disappointed customer.
Plenty of trackers are sold on promises they cannot keep. Here is exactly what Sura will not do, in plain words, before you pay us anything.
We do not update every second.
Your vehicle reports about every 30 seconds while moving, and every 5 minutes while parked. That is enough to follow a journey and prove a trip — but it is not a live video feed, and it keeps your data costs down.
We cannot track without a mobile signal.
Sura works over the mobile network. In a coverage blackspot, updates stop until the vehicle reaches signal again. No tracker on the market gets around this.
We cannot recover a stolen vehicle for you.
We show you where it is, alert you the moment it moves, and can block it from being restarted. Actually recovering it is police work — we are not a security company and we will not pretend otherwise.
We will never cut a moving engine.
Immobilisation blocks the next restart once the vehicle is safely stopped. It is owner-controlled, reason-required and fully audited. Missing a payment never touches your engine either.
We cannot monitor fuel on every vehicle.
Fuel monitoring needs an ultrasonic sensor fitted and calibrated to your tank, and driver ID needs a card reader. These are physical parts — we cannot switch them on remotely on a vehicle that does not have them.
We do not run your business for you.
Sura tells you a driver is speeding, a tank dropped overnight or a vehicle left its zone. Deciding what to do about it is yours. And your data stays yours — anything built on it is strictly opt-in.

These are not reserved for big fleets. If you own one keke and you want fuel monitoring or driver ID, you can have it — the price is per vehicle either way. Tell us what you want and we quote the sensor with your installation.
Fuel monitoring
Tank level in litres, refuel and siphon alerts, consumption per trip.
Needs: Ultrasonic fuel sensor + heavy-duty tracker, fitted and calibrated.
Worth it on cars, poda-podas and trucks — anything burning 15+ litres a day, especially when someone else drives it. Not worth it on an okada.
Driver ID
Which driver is behind the wheel, and an alert when nobody is identified.
Needs: RFID or iButton reader plus a tag for each driver.
Worth it the moment more than one person drives the vehicle.
Engine-safe immobilisation
Block the next restart once the vehicle is safely stopped. Never cuts a moving engine.
